· Manuscript in Microsoft Word only with no embedded formatting

· Brief synopsis (if available)

· Cover page with title, subtitle, and author

· Pages with headings for Front Matter – Dedication, Acknowledgments, and About the Author

· A Table of Contents

· All pages numbered in the bottom center

· Font type of Times New Roman 12

· Pages double spaced

· Paragraphs indented

· No images in the text but indication of placement clearly marked

· Breaks marked

· Sources, if necessary, listed at the end of the book
